Dry Products:
Customers may request refunds or exchanges for dry products within 10 days of the purchase date. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Refrigerated and Frozen Products:
All sales are final for refrigerated and frozen products once the order has been received and accepted. No returns are allowed for these items.

Fresh Produce:
Returns on fresh produce are accepted only within 24 hours of delivery, and the items must be in their original packaging.

Late Payment Terms:
Invoices not paid within the agreed terms are subject to a late charge of 2% of the invoice amount per month.

​

Collection Enforcement:
If it becomes necessary to enforce the collection of any part of this invoice, the purchaser agrees to pay all associated costs and reasonable attorney's fees.

Legal Venue:
Any legal actions related to this invoice will be subject to the jurisdiction of the superior/municipal court of Clark County, State of Nevada.
